ProsGood people, although the best ones are leaving in droves. Flexible work options. Working from home is very well accepted.

ConsCost cutting and penny pinching in all directions. The company is continually looking to squeeze costs out of products, services, employee benefits, salaries. No soul

Advice to Senior ManagementGone up with a vision for the company, honestly share it with the employees, treat the people like you actually value them.
