    Pros

You get paid. There is alot of opportunity to make money in this organization. The benefits and time off are great as well. At times, the environment is a little too corporate politics, but a nice culture overall.

    Cons

Lack of communication between upper management and front-line employees. Too difficult to move up the ladder.

I have been working at Dell full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They pay comparatively well. Most employees are accessible & encouraged to collaborate. There's a formula for success & advancement if you want it.

    Cons

Knowledge work (strategy, planning, the-D) is exclusive to a certain class of management. There's a latent mistrust of B & C-level employees, which is not a good thing for the culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try Google's 20% rule. Foster innovation & ideas from your people within.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
