Lots of opportunity for advancement, things change frequently so it stays fresh. Dell is pretty good about working from home if possible. Sr. Mgmt has a tendecy to leave you alone if you're hitting your number.
Cons
Constant cost cutting, lack of strong communication and change particularly if you are remote or not in corp headquarters. Lots of BS powerpoint drills and ops reviews.
Advice to Senior Management
Sr. mgmt, Director and above are out of touch. Stop the constant reorgs. You would be surprised how many employees really want to be proud of the company and champion the customer, you should get the heck out of our way and let us. Take customer experience seriously. Taking care of the customer is so hard at Dell, you almost have to do it after hours because of the constant meetings, ops reviews, decks to create...yada, yada, yada.
