Pros

- work from home flexibility - decent health and rrsp benefits package - empowered to make key business decisions - like running your own business

Cons

- lack of focus and direction (company's vision) - promotions / raises are rare - managers do not actually manage nor instill inspiration - "prizes" feel like giving a treat to a dog. - poor sales training

Advice to Management

Pick a path and take it! - stop trying to be everything to everyone. Choose to do at least one thing really well, instead of multiple things in a mediocre fashion.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

This is a great company to work for if you have the skills. They offer great benefits and good salary.

    Cons

This company would be even better to work for if they could figure out what the vision of the company is going to be for the long term. They have too many reorgs to be stable. o

    Advice to Management

Advice to management would be to take the time to understand your direct reports so you can utilize their skills to the fullest instead of just looking to fill a spot and moving on to something else.
