    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Time off from the first day Pay and benefits were really good It really is a meritocracy - if you work hard, you will be rewarded I learned SO MUCH while I was there

    Cons

People are expendable - and the way temporaries are treated is shameful The culture rewards stepping on your peers or managers to move ahead - it's very cut throat If you think you can't take any more work - they will show you that you can - to a very bad extreme Work just doesn't have to be that way

    Advice to Management

Fire the entire HR organization and get HR Pros who are willing to fight to do the right thing
