Must be seen as "active", dynamic, energetic and build a presence from Day 1
Networking is essential to success - not for the introvert
Talent is correlated with outspoken-ness, not so much with quality or thoughtfulness

Opportunities often flow only to the well-connected and outspoken, even if they may not be the best people to handle particular projects. Try to leverage talent appropriately

    Pros

    Despite low payed initially, the average annual raise was high above the country's average (min of 6% to 30%).
    Good "School", with one of the best "content intranet networks" in the world
    Enhances the work load capacity
    Allows for good network and knowing about very different companies
    It has a good "name" in the industry and job market

    Cons

    Too much results oriented
    Too much hierarchical
    Bad work-life balance
    Despite having a good and thorough evaluation methodology unlike most companies, still allows for subjective empowerment

    Adapt to times and this generation needs in terms of commitment and work-life balance respect.
