“Good Company and Organization”
I have been working at Deloitte full-time
Pros – Very well structrued organization, heavy focus on community involvement, with endless learning and internal training
Cons – no work life balance, training by fear.
Advice to Senior Management – eliminate the fear factor with firm activities
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
