“Great company but worst leadership and work culture”
Current Employee – been working at Deloitte full-time for more than a year
Pros – 1. Its a good paymaster. Not the best but above average industry standard.
2. Work from home option.
3. Flexible timings
Cons – 1. Worse work culture and worst leadership.
2. Not a place for people who are not very good at networking(don't actually want to use the actual word here)
3. Escalations of any nature wont get result. So if you have some concerns just plan to pack your bags and change the company.
4. If the company wants to reduce headcount, they will create situations, so that employee themself will be forced to leave
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to everyone. Atleast give chance to every individual to clarify their stance and don't just believe what the leads and managers have to say. You will be able to keep the leads/managers happy, but at the same time you will be loosing several excellent performing sub-ordinates.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
