    Pros

    Good Learning Place;
    Work from Home;

    Cons

    Projects never get finalized;
    more stress on communication when there is not much interaction with clients;
    not much onsite;
    more networking for no cause;
    firm initiative sometimes tries to get to your nerve;
    firm hours matters a lot for year end discussion;
    too much biasing between Deloitte in house employee and laterals;
    too much politics and no growth within projects

    I worked at Deloitte full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    lots of trainings, lots of events, brand name & reputation, especially with the monitor acquisition

    Cons

    no respect for their people, sometimes treat you as a number, bit behind-the-back mentality; don't give enough attention to the true talents in the firm, in that way forcing them out of the company actually, there were really talented people that didn't get a chance of proving themselves (benching for a long time) before they decided for themselves to leave, no good talent retention initative for that reason, also compensation can be very low

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    take more care of their people through some sort of extra attention to retention and think about increasing salaries; most people leave fast because of those two reasons. if one has a strong profile, it makes sense to leave and look for other opportunities
