    Cons

Useless Firm activities,no process in place,if u drag yourself for 12+ hours you will be appreciated else nothing is counted. Core developers its not a place for u

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please make processes in place before project starts. Dont let people brag about work done instead let work itself speak.
