Good work life balance, good opportunities for internal mobility.

Cons

People managers in India are immature and lack basic leadership skills...working for the support services is like working with a step-parent...Senior managers are prone to say that they can get people fired in one day if they want to....

    Pros

    lots of trainings, lots of events, brand name & reputation, especially with the monitor acquisition

    Cons

    no respect for their people, sometimes treat you as a number, bit behind-the-back mentality; don't give enough attention to the true talents in the firm, in that way forcing them out of the company actually, there were really talented people that didn't get a chance of proving themselves (benching for a long time) before they decided for themselves to leave, no good talent retention initative for that reason, also compensation can be very low

    Advice to Management

    take more care of their people through some sort of extra attention to retention and think about increasing salaries; most people leave fast because of those two reasons. if one has a strong profile, it makes sense to leave and look for other opportunities
