ProsDeloitte has connections with businesses everywhere and in nearly every vertical. Lots of good high-exposure brands and clients. Lots of good talent from acquisitions (tho they are leaving fast).

ConsPost acquisitions are always bad experiences, this is no exception. Too many politics. Company culture promotes a dangerous competitive work environment. Collaboration is not effective with different teams and business groups. Executive leadership MIA most of the time and not transparent on their plans. Business is top-heavy. Most projects have 3 levels of senior managers. Their business model is confirmed to be moving towards outsourcing (5 year plan). Job roles are often road-warriors and augmented staff on-site at client's location with weekly travel. Most of the training is related to the company trying to protect itself and not specifically the interest of its employees. Executive leadership unwilling to hear the concerns of its employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen you acquire a company, know that the company was successful because who they were, not because who you think they should be. Throw away your training program and take a more modern approach. Invest in tallent on a base compensation level, not a bonus level. You salaries are under market. Focus on growth rate and promotions at a pace is conducive to operating in the tech industry. Look at senior talent and SMEs, not senior managers and junior talent.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
