The office facilities were extremely nice.

Cons

Bad people who are only concerned with meeting their bottom line. Partners and Principles are egotist and could care less about their employees. Employees were "thrown under the bus" when something went wrong so the partners would not look bad in front of the client. It is all about making the client happy, even if that means not supporting the consultants for making the right decision.

Advice to Senior Management

Support your employees when they make a difficult decision instead of using them as a scape goat only to make the client happy.
