If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you wil be reward. If you are smart, and able to learn, that ability will be appropriately compensated.

Cons

The expectations on employees are sometimes unreasonable. While work life balance is stressed in all their "propaganda", it is not necessarily practiced as well as they believe.

Advice to Senior Management

Strive to put realistic expectations on staff. While we realize that hours might sometimes be demanded, make sure that the effort is recognized and appropriately compensated.
