Deloitte – “I would recommend another Big 4 accounting firm...”

Pros

The only reason I would recommend, is that the salary is competitive. That being said, you can get a public accounting salary at any of the Big 4 or mid tier. You should consider other options.

Cons

Questionable business practices, especially in human resources. Poor staffing decisions, and inability of management to communicate effectively across the organization.

Advice to Senior Management

Consider changing and improving your hiring practices to avoid undue harm to prospective employees (with job offers extended) who relied on your word and "contract" for employment. I hate to use the cliche, but treat them how you would like to be treated...with RESPECT.
