I have learned tons of things out of my internship experience, people were helpful and the job itself was a lot of work!

Cons

travel long hours, staying in hotel for a long time, not get to be with my family, working with computer all the time

Advice to Senior Management

people deserve a better pay I think. this job is a lot of work, we need more incentive to work hard
