Deloitte – “Dead end job and horrible work environment”

Pros

Deloitte is one of the Big 4 and it looks great on your resume. They also offer a fairly decent benefits package.

Cons

It is an extremely negative and stressful work environment, where diversity is not respected. I am not sure how they consistently end up on the best place to work lists.

Advice to Senior Management

I believe management needs to consider the needs of individuals at all levels in the organization. For the most part, the initiatives that are offered only benefit the client service/professional staff.
