Deloitte – “Great place to start”
Pros
There are a lot of young professionals. There is a great push to get your CPA. The Company focuses on continued learning.
Cons
Given the change in the economy, the compensation doesn't match the hours work and the type of work performed when you are a Senior.
Advice to Senior Management
There is not much advice to say as I believe the Company is an outstanding place to start your career.
