There are many good chances to learn. The managers (who have since left) are all good people who are excellent guides.

Cons

The company will work you to your death, and move on to fresher fresh graduates at a low once you are dry.

Advice to Senior Management

The management should really consider hiring some middle management with actual skills. Had my share of middle management who delegates and delegates but never did do their share of work.
