Pros
Looks good on CV and salary is good compared with other accountancy programmes.
Working out at clients (away from the office).

Cons
Overtime is expected as given, irrespective of commitments outside of work whether it be study, exams, or surprising to many senior staff....a social life.

Alot of travel and away jobs, on average 10 days a month.

Within the office environment people are rude and ignorant and many will not say 'hello' as you walk by. Many people do not possess social skills especially senior management.

Advice to Senior Management
Respect lower grades of staff and appreciate hard work and good work. Dont take overtime as given without reimbursing their efforts.

The cut throat exam policy means you are playing with people's careers. Give the support and mentoring that you market in your graduate brochure!
