“Decent place to work, good benefits, average salary”
Former Employee – worked at Delphi full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Good location if your interested in the Midwest. Good high tech manufacturing experience with above average benefits and a clean working environment.
Cons – Tendency to pigeon hole employees into very specific job assignments. Cyclical automotive industry, very sensitive to the economy. Good opportunities for advancement - if your are a schmoozer.
