Delphi – “Change Needed”
Pros
Learning professional group way. Forms good for reporting issues. Good place for study.
Cons
Group need to take care of the branches in a better measure. Especially branch leaders.
Advice to Senior Management
Think and do things in the one mind. Stop stealing from company as personal gift to staff.
