Current Employee – been working at Delphi
Pros – Great products, talented people and a proud history
Cons – thankful to have a job in a shrinking company but those still working are being worked to death. Pay hasn't been cut but if you calculate the long hours to pay ratio it effectively is a huge paycut.
Advice to Senior Management – give the employees that are working long hours to bring the company back from the brink of near extinction financial recognition for the extreme sacrifice.
