    Auto industry continues to be strong even in the weak economy now that all auto companies have gotten more efficient

    Not much grow at Delphi because more investment over seas

    Pros

    Very technoolgical oriented with oppurtunities for advancement. A fast paced dynamic manufacturing platform steeped the desire for in continuous improvement.

    Cons

    Very difficult at times to make change in the workplace due to union politics. If you work there for a long time your expectations lowere with the environment.

    Continue to strive for change and make workplace rule changes manditory for the consideration of new work coming in to the site.
