Meeting new people, Visitting New places, Great travel benefits(when seats are available), Good health benefit and a great opportunities and venues for career advancements. that is offcourse provided you know what do u want and you set clear goals to yourself.

Cons

Having to deal with people ( flight attendants ) that have been there for ages that are not welling to evolve, love or care about what they do and taking there job for granted that said please understand that not all senior flight attendants are like that but the majority of them are.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep the good work and the level of honesty and open door policy you have with the employee, it is great to see a very conservative air lines expanding its horizon to fit with the current demands of clients and employees
