close community of employees who genuinely strive to keep relationships one of the most sacredly held commitments

Cons

It is the airline industry and very much treated as a commodity. We have not figured out a way to stand out from the crowd and differentiate the company from others. The work/life balance is not good the further up the management chain one travels and the compensation and satisfaction of a job well done is not comensatory with the hours.

Advice to Senior Management

Diversity needs to be displayed throughout the leadership team and appreciated in regards to gender and race.
