Delta Air Lines Flight Attendant:   (Current Employee)

Pros

This is a Non routine, great travel opportunities, friendly environment ,flexible schedule. Able to utilize my language skills.

Cons

The schedules include long work days-early hours. There can be some danger when traveling in certain countrie or cities.

Advice to Senior Management

To continually recognize front line employees and consider pay raises.
