Delta Air Lines – “Great as a part time job!

Delta Air Lines Customer Service Agent in New York, NY:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

The benefits are great, specially the travel benefits! you get to travel for free ( travel is stand by basis only) you also get to travel on first class if available. I also liked the fact that you can change schedules with other coworkers(if approved by manager of course)

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement in Customer Service. You can be very competent, fast and good at what you do. But you will only get noticed if you know the right people

Advice to Senior Management

There should be more opportuities for people that really do their job!
