The flight benefits are a perk - when you get on a flight. The airline is so large that a lot of times the right hand isn't speaking to the left hand. Things get lost a lot.

Advice to Senior Management

Create avenues where you can actually hear comments and ideas from the front line and the workers in the admin bldg - not just management. Not the Delta Board Council - I would like to know the last time they were actually on the front line. The Delta Board Council should rotate every three years so you've always got a fresh prespective. Leave folks in a certain position for too long - especially one so priviledged and they begin to get entitled. Also it is disgusting that managers and above get bonus even if company isn't profitable - front line doesn't get anything unless company is profitable.
