    A good place to work and getting better

    I have been working at Delta Air Lines full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: Flight benefits, new gym, new cafeteria, in house doctors office and pharmacy.… Cons: Long hours, micromanagers, airline business is just unstable in general.… Advice to Senior Management: Continue to invest in making employees happy and let them… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
