I have been working at Delta Air Lines full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flight benefits, new gym, new cafeteria, in house doctors office and pharmacy. Delta credit union office at CHQ. Overall a good corporate culture.

    Cons

Long hours, micromanagers, airline business is just unstable in general. Old technology, not enough parking. Work in Hapeville.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to invest in making employees happy and let them have more autonomy in their work.

I worked at Delta Air Lines full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great Individual Contributors. Some of the best friends you will ever meet.

    Cons

Upper Management - just some of the most horrid people I've ever met. I was asked to make what I deemed unethical 'math' many, many times.

Absolutely no interest in individual development in anyway. You a number. They could not care less if you are there or not and show that attitude in every way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would advise upper management to fire itself. Completely reconfigure. A shockingly awful place to come in everyday.

So glad to have finally escaped. Did not even consider letting Delta counter a slightly better offer. I just wanted to be rid of you.
