Pros

The free Flight Benifits. Which are great!!

Cons

We will NEVER make any money due to bad decisions, and the employees Ultimately pay the price.. (Low wages etc..)

Advice to Senior Management

Build off of our strenghs!! i.e. Never Ever fly point to point
