Co-Oping with Delta Airlines was one of the best experiences every. I would recommend it to anyone interested in the Airline industry.

Cons

The job can be high stress and compensation can be low. Also there is some politics involved when working there. Otherwise great company.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to communicate with the employees about the status of Delta and were the Airline is headed. This is extremely important to maintain Moral.
