Great people to work with and for

ProsYou get to work with some great people. People you can learn a lot from as well as succeed with. Traveling for work is fun, plus its always nice to get out of the office and mix things up. And of course, lunches and happy hours.

ConsYou have to weed out some of the lower management to find those great people, but if you're paying attention it's not hard.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more selective on who you choose to manage teams

    Employees can't quit fast enough!
