Pros

Unparalleled access to executives, close mentorship, friendly environment. If you express interest in working on something they will probably put you on the job. Very open door policy, great learning curve.

Cons

If you like being in a big firm, this is not the environment for you. You cannot fall through the cracks here, in other words, your work will be monitored.

Managers make it very clear that servers/hosts/cashiers are replaceable.

    Pros

There is a possibility to make good money; you occasionally have the option to give up a shift in someone comes in to pick up

    Cons

Management treat servers, hosts and cashiers like scum. Many, many times I was made to work double shifts without a break/lunch; it's expected. Sexual harassment is the norm. They consider it "stealing" if you eat ONE PIECE of their bread without putting money in their change jar.
