ProsTo have a decent salary
Well recognized company name

ConsNever reach the commissions goals- Impossible to receive bonuses
Training is too generic- Digital guys got the whole attention and encouragement form the company comapired with the print guys
Clicks presence-

Advice to Senior ManagementPut reacheable goals in the long term . If you failed in one month, within a period of 6 you have the possibility to go for it. But reacheable. Now is only win for the company and losses for sales people.
