I worked at Desert Mountain Properties Limited Partnership

    Pros

Access to some of the best resources and facilities in the world of golf. Networking opportunities with some of the most successful people in the world. Opportunity to advance, frequently hire and promote from within.

    Cons

Pay is below average. If you are in a salaried position, work expectations are much higher than compensation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should invest more in its employees. Current philosophy is that people will work there for less because of the available resources and exposure. If pay increased, competition for positions would be greater and a stronger wave of employees would emerge.
