“Great company but with some growing pains”
Current Employee – been working at Desire2Learn full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The office space is great, the people are amazing, and up until now the culture has been something most work places don't have.... casual, friendly, open.
Cons – pay isn't quite what it should be
The culture is changing and good or bad has yet to be determined
Advice to Senior Management – Don't let the company lose who it is.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
