I worked at Destination Maternity part-time for less than a year

    Pros

For full time and management the benefits are really good. It is ok for a second job if you really aren't into hours...The discount is good if you are into maternity clothes.

    Cons

The total hours you get are based on your sales. The method for calculating sales goals can be unrealistic. If u call off work. Your sales goals still go against you for the month. If your goals aren't met because of slow sales you can get written up. The hours for part time associates can be expected at 4 hours a week if that at times because it is a sales based schedule.
