I worked at Destination XL full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Many nice coworkers, generous PTO, early Fridays, casual wear 5days a week.

    Cons

The department would not allow a flex schedule at all . Was watched by a supervisor who I did not report to who made a point to announce a late arrival.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
