Pros – The work, the people and the challenge!
Work is generally at the innovative end of the scale rather than simple commodity stuff.
The company consists of high calibre staff
The challenge is always to help client push the boundaries

Cons – As a smaller consultancy, it is still working hard to move into a more pro-active company with truly differentiated propositions based on the differentiated cabilities of its people. This leads to a short-sighted approach to developing go-to-market propositions, but times and approaches are changing.

Advice to Senior Management – More of the same. Don't take your foot off the gas now, this company has huge potential for the future
