    Pros

High salaries & comfortable chairs to sit. Nothing else is worth it. The world thinks that you are a star working in CIB.

    Cons

Knucklehead leadership, false commitments by the company, extreme work hours, sick work culture, no team spirit. If you say 'NO' u get fired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to treat your employees well and they will partner in your success. Stop treating them like animals with a badge. Take care of their life balance.

    Pros

Top notch graduate program, ample opportunities to gain training and mentoring, gives juniors responsibility quickly.

    Cons

Easy to get lost in the huge organisation, management strategy and direction not clearly articulated at times. Political at times, especially in certain teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to allow juniors to be more involved in some decision making or planning sessions to allow them to better align to the organisation
