“worked in 3 different DB locations, not all are the same culture”
Current Employee – been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – People are friendly, no rigidity in the work hours within technology
Cons – promotion process is not about primarily about meritocracy, it is judged by how many Directors had the pleasure to sit with you through a powerpoint presentation
Advice to Senior Management – Take the time to understand what is going on in your organisations and have short and long term views, stand up to those that are not doing what is asked
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
