    Pros

Innovative, leader in many business lines, global, values diversity

    Cons

Feels like a "boys club," difficult to get any level of work life balance, not enough female Directors or MDs.

Former Employee - Vice President - Technology in New York, NY

I worked at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Technology area: Can be satisfying depending on which group you are in. Management was trying to improve for the long-term. Remains to be seen how that works out.

    Cons

Technology area: Extensive outsourcing and employment shift to lower cost cities has reduced the opportunities in some groups (eg, support functions / groups). Probably best for positions closest to the business (eg, front-office supporting business analysts, etc). Some roles/groups did not receive equal respect by mid to upper IT management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Balance the need for cost cutting with keeping needed talent and knowledge.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
