ProsOne of the largest investment bank. Higher salary than normal companies.

ConsBad work life balance. Low upside for bonus even if you work hard and achieve goals. Lack of job security. DB is a bond house, has low commitment to equity business.

Advice to Senior ManagementBuild a long term strategy. Don't fire good people for short term market up and down.
