I worked at Deutsche Bank as a contractor (more than an year)

Pros

Very thoughtful and helpful co-workers. Upbeat environment to operate in and a great place to learn about finance as well as your possible career path

Cons

My only complaint is that there are times when the firm looks through rose-colored glasses at times and then comes back with the exact opposite perspective a month later.

Ensure the we don't lose sight of pragmatism and efficiency when it comes to financial management, and nurture up-and-coming employees by promoting meritocracy.
