good location, big name, some people are quite nice. you can build your own network their. quite good diversity. not much..

Cons

bad office, a lot of offshore people on the floor... bad salary, bad canteen, low quality food and expensive. low bonus

Advice to Senior Management

give more money and bonus to the talents, improve the company canteen. more effective management style, less bureucatc. more mobility change inside the bank.
