- great pay
- great name on your resume
- learn a ton of Excel and Finance skills that will be useful everywhere
- good work environment and people are generally easy to work with and fun

Cons

- The environment is fairly political, you need to position yourself well socially to get on good projects
- The staffers don't take much of an interest in your development
- Feedback is rarely constructive
