    Pros

Nice work environment Work place is appealing clean and well maintained with good premises and work conditions. Transport has improved a lot with timely pick up and drops Work life balance is maintained Nice incentives for learning

    Cons

Jaipur does not have its independent identity All decisions are driven by Managers siting in Mumbai/Bangalore No support from AVPs or VPs. They are just technical heads with no involvement in driving change or improving people involvement Worst is Managers are more postmen instead of heads who can drive change Work is totally with lower level management and higher levels only delegate their work and responsibility while claiming success for others work. HR is afraid to take action or verify any mis-work or complaint and it is just informed to management as an improvement point

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility Try to take stance than just being swayed around by other locations Identify Talent and not promote under name of diversity. HR is something that has become a highly paid bureaucrat who behaves more like a politician rather than as an driving force
