“DB - a solid place to work.”
Current Employee – been working at Deutsche Bank
Pros – DB is a seemingly great comany. Senior managment takes its role to develop strategy and communicate to employees very seriously. Generally impressed with the people who I work with or interact with. Compensation is on par or better and the benefits are the best that I have experienced. Lastly, the company takes diversity very seriously.
Cons – DB however is a massive firm with over 78k employees. Trying to progress through a firm of this size is difficult without having a great network or through nepotism.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up.
