    Pros

    Great chance to build your resume if you can show you're competent. There are always new projects to be done, you just need to take initiative to get involved.

    Cons

    Not a pay leader.
    Human resources has had several major systems changes in the last year and has lacked a clear direction.
    The summer door-to-door salesman culture isn't for everybody.

    Advice to Management

    The BBB rating isn't going to fix itself doing business as usual. Make inside sales growth a priority instead of the summer door-to-door program. Also, stop hiring back summer sales managers that you've fired in the past.
